Betcity Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Rules

Welcome to betcity. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("Member", "User") and betcity ("Platform", "We", "betcity"). By registering, logging in, or using any part of the betcity platform — including the website, mobile app, or any related services — you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not register an account or continue using the betcity platform. Continued use following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Betcity reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically.

To register and use the betcity platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Registering voluntarily and of your own accord.
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register of any responsible gambling programme.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not currently prohibited from betting activities by any relevant authority.
• Have access to a valid payment method registered in your own name.

Betcity reserves the right at any time to require users to verify their identity with official documents such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or a valid driving licence. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each betcity user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Holding more than one account — whether directly, through a family member using the same device, or by any other means — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your betcity username and password. betcity will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence. You are required to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your betcity account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
• Report to betcity immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Betcity accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in its immediate closure.

Betcity processes all financial transactions through legitimate Malaysian payment methods. Accepted methods include:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect)
• Others: Additional methods may be added from time to time

All betcity withdrawals must be made to the payment method same used for the deposit, or to a bank account/eWallet registered under the same name as the betcity account. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.

Betcity reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending full identity verification if suspicious activity is detected on an account. For standard cases with no security concerns, withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated above.

Betcity offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including Welcome Bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, rebates, free bets, and a loyalty programme. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Rollover Requirements (Wagering Requirement): Every bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. Rollover requirements typically range from 5x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Any bonus not used within this period will expire automatically.

All Sports Betting on the betcity platform is subject to the following rules:

• Minimum Bet: RM 2 per single bet.
• Maximum Bet: Varies by event, odds, and market type. betcity reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for any market.
• Parlay: Combine up to 12 selections. Parlay winnings are subject to betcity's maximum payout limit.
• Cancelled Events: If a sporting event is cancelled, all related bets will be fully voided and refunded, except for bets that were already settled during the event.
• Odds Error: betcity reserves the right to void any bets accepted at odds that are clearly the result of a technical error (pricing errors).
• Live Betting: Bets placed during live events (in-play) are final once accepted by the betcity system. Any accidental clicks or network delays are the user's responsibility.

Betcity employs an advanced collusion and market manipulation detection system. Any attempt to manipulate betting outcomes through insider information, agreements with other parties, or any other unlawful means will result in the cancellation of all bets and closure of the account.

All casino, poker, and slots games at betcity use Independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of every round, card hand, or slot spin is entirely random and cannot be influenced by betcity or any other party.

Specific rules apply to different game categories:

• Slots: Each spin is independent. The RTP (Return to Player) is stated in the info section of each betcity slots game.
• Poker: Games follow standard Texas Hold'em and Omaha rules. Collusion between players at the same table is strictly prohibited and may result in winnings being voided and the account being closed.
• Live Casino: Games are hosted by live dealers via video stream. Results announced by the dealer are final.
• Progressive Jackpot: Jackpots are calculated based on a percentage of every bet placed by all players. Jackpot winnings are processed and paid out within 3–7 business days.

3. betcity's Decision: Decisions made by betcity following a thorough investigation are final and binding in all standard cases.
4. Appeal: If you are not satisfied with a betcity decision, you may submit a formal appeal via email with all relevant supporting evidence.

All dispute communications must be in Malay or English. betcity will not process disputes submitted via social media or third-party platforms.

Betcity reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if:

• The user violates any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• The user provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation is detected on the account.
• The user holds more than one active account.
• A court order or directive from a relevant authority requires it.
• The user engaged in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards the betcity team.

In the event of a legitimate account closure (not due to fraud), any remaining balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, minus any bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements. This process takes 5–14 business days.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting betcity support. Such requests will be processed within 24 business hours.

The betcity platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. betcity does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or internet service disruptions.

Betcity shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, cyberattacks, or factors beyond betcity's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by user negligence.
• Bet results affected by connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the betcity platform.

Betcity reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to active users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Minor changes relating to language improvements, clarifications, or procedural updates may take effect immediately without notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically.
